This is my animatic for my short movie, 'The Punter.' It is the opening scene from this movie and is shot all in a POV camera shot from the perspective of the murderer. The main aim for this task was to get an idea for shot timing and get a feel for how the scene will look and this has worked very well for me as now i can see where i need to change the scene slightly but extending the opening shots slightly.

My name is James Longley and I am starting my A2 course for Film Studies, I am hoping that with this course i will gain a much deeper understanding of the Film industry and also the production process of a Film through the practical project in this course. I am hoping to further this knowledge at university where my hopes are to go and and study script writing and film making.
Also with this course i am hoping to further my evaluation and analytical work when analysing films.

My favourite films at the moment are Troy, Gladiator, The Dark Knight.
